If you need a complete carburetor to EFI fuel system conversion kit that features an easy-to-install Walbro / TI Automotive inline fuel pump then this is a great kit to consider. This kit contains exactly what you need. It is designed to use standard EFI fuel hose which eliminates the obscene cost and tedious time required to do an installation with AN or Push-Lock fittings. Further, it is ultra-configurable so that you get precisely what you need without paying for a bunch of kit components you won't use. This is the kit.

If you are not sure this is the kit for you, or if you've otherwise not already visited, see our Carb2EFI Fuel System Conversion Kit home page to see more options and read more about the ins-and-outs of converting the fuel system on your factory-carbureted vehicle over to EFI.

Do yourself a favor: Download & Review the Instructions For This Kit. Besides being insightful to what you face during installation, it will give you some clues as to what options to select in the purchasing process.

Step 1: Select Your Fuel Pump

Flow Max NA HP
Gasoline / E85
Max Force Induction HP
Gasoline / E85
155 LPH 400 HP / 290 HP 330 HP / 235 HP
190 LPH 500 HP / 360 HP 400 HP / 290 HP
255 LPH 670 HP / 480 HP 540 HP / 390 HP

Note: All flow ratings at 43.5 PSI and 13.5 Volts. Pressure is set by the fuel pressure regulator, and flow will decline gradually as pressure is increased or if voltage drops. Always plan your fuel system with great care and confirm your requirements independently of what is shown here.

Step 2: Select Your Fuel Rail Type:

EFI fuel rails come in two types: Return-style and returnless. As the name implies, return-style rails have both an fuel input and an output, where returnless ones don't. This affects the placement of the fuel pressure regulator. If you have a return, the fuel pressure regulator will go AFTER the fuel rail. If you don't have a return on your fuel rail, then the fuel pressure regulator must go before it. By making this selection you ensure that you get the correct components to place the fuel pressure regulator either before or after the fuel rail.

Option 1 and 2: EFI Fuel Hose and Submersible Fuel Hose:

We don't include hose in the kit because we don't want to sell you anything you don't need--or any more than you need. We offer the very finest grade Earl's Vapor Guard EFI fuel hose and TI Automotive Convoluted in-tank cuffs separately because it is a bad idea to use the standard EFI fuel hose in your tank. The convoluted cuffs are flexible and an extremely tight fit over the 3/8 inch Vapor Guard hose ends.

Option 3: Bulkhead Passthrough Kit:3/8-Inch Bulkhead Fuel Port, Assembled

Most fuel tanks in Carbureted vehicles do not have a port through which to return fuel, or else have a feed part the is smaller than 3/8-Inch. This kit contains components that will allow you to add a port in your fuel tank with 3/8-inch hosebarbs on both sides. If your original feed line is not 3/8-inch, we recommend you use this for the feed and utilize the original feed as a return line.

Option 4: Fuel Pressure Gauge:3/8-Inch Bulkhead Fuel Port, Assembled

Having an EFI system usually means that you have an electronic fuel pressure sensor that allows you to set and monitor fuel pressure. However, the mechanics we work with like to have a mechanical gauge on the regulator. This greatly simplifies the initial fuel pressure setup and allows a quick visual "gut check" when something tells you your fuel pressure is not where it should be.

Option 5: Fuel Rail Attachment Fitting:

There are a whole host of different fuel rail attachments--but 3/8-inch Hose Barb isn't usually one of them. We offer a broad range of adapters that will convert the most common fuel rail fittings into a 3/8-Inch Hose Barb to which you can easily connect. Don't see your setup? Contact us and I bet we can get you set up!

Option 6: Mechanical Fuel Pump Blockoff Plate:Mechanical Fuel Pump Block-Off Plate

If you are adding EFI to an engine that had a port for a mechanical fuel pump you'll need one of these. Available for Chevy and Chrysler applications.
